Hangzhou Future City Competition
JTP has won first place the urban design competition for Hangzhou’s Future Sci-Tech City. This video features JTP’s winning design which reflects the traditional watertown typology found across Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang Province in Eastern China, located 180 km to the southwest of Shanghai.
Fulham Reach, London

New Zhukovsky, Moscow
The JTP led design team worked closely with the National Centre for Aviation client and local consultants through a week long Charrette to produce a Vision and Illustrative masterplan for New Zhukovsky, a large new town on the banks of the Moscow River to the south east of Moscow.

MEZE - Micro Enterprise Enabling Zone
MEZE is a new service offered by JTP Cities that enables people to be involved in the commissioning and creation of their homes and work places from the beginning of the development process.
JTP, in collaboration with Alan Dunlop Architects and Gillespies, was awarded third place in an international design competition for a large seaside resort on the Dapeng Peninsula of Shenzhen. This video showcases JTP’s competition entry for the 150 hectare site, which the local authority looks to transform into an international tourist destination.

Suzhou Eco-Town, China
Designed as an integrated eco-system, the Suzhou Eco-Town masterplan was informed by the concept of agro-urbanism and combines Chinese principles with bio-climatic strategies.
